A huge battery pack, on the other hand, provides enough energy for a driving distance of up to 300 miles per charge.

Since it is an electic vehicle (EV), BMW has teamed up with EVgo to create a network of public charging stations for iX owners. It should be noted, however, that the SUV can also be charged in other popular networks or at home using a Level 2 charger.

Car and Driver further emphasize that the spacious interior of the iX is filled with premium materials and has a fancy, futuristic appearance. This includes a sizable digital dashboard that features BMW's iDrive touchscreen infotainment and is operated by a stunning see-through rotary knob on the center console.

The BMW SUV is almost the same in dimension as with the company's other mid-size X5 and X6 SUVs. This means that it has equivalent passenger and load space.

As an option, BMW provides a huge panoramic sunroof with electrochromic shade, which is a unique feature seen in just a few automobiles. The heated power front seats include integrated speakers for the iX's sound system.

In terms of the color options, the car manufacturer explained that it has Dark Graphite, Phytonic Blue, Blue Ridge Mountain, Storm Bay, Oxide Grey, and Aventurin Red Metallic. The standard color for the 2023 BMW iX M60 is Alpine White.
