Elden Ring is a game that features a lot of weapons. It has swords, crossbows, polearms, bows, and even magical staves. Thanks to this wide variety of weapons, you can role play as any character using them, even if the character is lore-breaking.
As such, if you ever wondered How Force-sensitive characters from the "Star Wars" universe would dominate The Lands Between, now is the time to see it for yourself.
The Elden Ring modding community recently added Sith Lords Darth Vader and Maul to Elden Ring just in time for May the 4th, also known as Star Wars Day.
Star Wars Elden Ring Mods
According to a recent report from Gamespot, the mods that made the two Sith Lords playable consist of reskin mods that changes the appearance of certain weapons and armor to match the item being copied. In this case, modders drs32 and Xelerate teamed up to change the appearance of the Confessor armor to make it look like Vader's suit, per Eurogamer.
On the other hand, Xelerate is also working on a mod that allows people to play as the Obi-Wan Kenobi-obbessed Darth Maul. This mod is expected to "be released soon," which is a welcome announcement to Elden Ring players who are also "Star Wars" fans.
As for the Sith Lords' respective lightsabers, a mod from KeyGerstrike and riosep2309 replaces the appearance of Warhawk's Talon into a lightsaber, which fits Vader almost perfectly due to the hilt being different from Vader's.

Meanwhile, Xelerate made a separate mod that changed the appearance of the Godskin Peeler to look like Maul's double-bladed lightsaber. Xelerate made this mod before announcing he is working on a Darth Maul reskin mod, showing that he fully intends to add the Sith Lord to The Lands Between.
PCGamesN mentioned that Xelerate made a statement saying that people should stay tuned for more "Star Wars"-themed mods because they are on the way. Hopefully, we'll see a mod that focuses on the Jedi, or maybe even Mandalorians.
Other Character Crossovers In The Lands Between
If you aren't looking to roleplay as Vader or Maul in The Lands Between, the Elden Ring modding community has also added "Berserk's" Guts into the game, courtesy of MrMorritos3D and Ercuallo.
In fact, FromSoftware' added a few references to the Black Swordsman in Elden Ring itself, as evidenced by Blaidd the Half-Wolf's appearance being strikingly similar to Guts, per Kotaku. As such, being able to fight against someone who looks like Guts as Guts is quite the meta move.
If you're not looking to carry around a lightsaber or greatsword, perhaps wielding Anduril, Flame of the West, would appeal to you. Modder eli_handle_b.wav was recently reported by Destructoid to have created a mod that adds "The Lord of the Rings'" Aragorn to the game. The mod is so faithful it also has the infamous helmet kick done by Aragorn's actor, Viggo Mortensen, in Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers."
