If you're reading this right now, either you're curious, just getting into the game, replaying it, or you've seen "Cyberpunk: Edgrunners" and want to try your hand at being a mercenary. Either way, here are some of the coolest things you'll want to get in the game.
1. Replica of Johnny's Samurai Jacket
Johnny Silverhand's jacket is perhaps one of the most sought-after items in the game. It's basically the main clothing seeing as it's in the game cover itself. You'll get 200 armor with it and one clothing mod slot.
To get it, you'll have to progress with quests involving Rogue Amendiares, particularly the one titled "Chippin' In." Rogue is one of Silverhand's exes and the best fixer in Night City. You'll find her hanging out at the Afterlife.
2. Military-Grade Aramid Netrunning Suit
In a world where netrunners are just as important as trigger-happy mercenaries, a top-tier military netrunning suit is among the most desired clothing items. Depending on the tier, you can get up to 172 armor points with it, as mentioned by GameRant.
You can get this by completing an NCPD scanner hustle in Little China, or you can wait for it to appear in one of the clothing stores located in Charter Hill or West Wind Estate. You'll have to revisit the stores every day to see if it's available.
3. Chaos
Chaos is an iconic pistol you can pick up when you choose to get in a fight with Maelstrom in the "The Pickup" quest. Make sure to loot Royce once you kill him as he will have it on his person. Did I mention that it changes stats every time you reload?
4. David's Jacket
If you've seen "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" on Netflix, then you'll probably want to have this jacket. It has two mod slots and can be found southwest of Dam Viewpoint. However, you'll have to finish the "Over the Edge" quest first before you can get it.
5. Cottonmouth
This electric melee weapon can be acquired in the quest called "The Space In Between." It's one of the quests you have to go through to find Evelyn Parker. Once you get to the clinic of a ripperdoc named Fingers, you can find it in his bed (and even beat him with it to avenge Evelyn).
6. Skippy
Skippy is a smart pistol that you can find in a random alleyway in Vista Del Ray next to a dumpster. He will be next to a corpse if that makes you find him easier. You'll not only get a gun but a fun interaction with a firearm integrated with an AI.
7. Plan B
Plan B is aptly named since you can use it once you run out of bullets. Instead of ammo, the pistol will cost you one eurodollar per shot. It's easy to miss the gun if you don't explore. Go back to the landfill where Dexter DeShawn was shot by Takemura, and you can get the gun from his body.
8. Legendary Monowire
When you're in northern Kabuki, look around near the building of a pharmaceutical and look for a storage unit. You'll find a free monowire and a few eddies as well. It can deal 300 damage per second, as suggested by The Gamer.
9. Blue Fang
You don't need to finish a quest or anything. All you have to do is go to the melee weapon vendor in Jackson Plains and buy it. It's a new addition in the Edgerunners update so if you're replaying the game, you might want to try the knife out.
10. Rayfield Caliburn
One of the best hidden items in the game is the black Caliburn which you'll find in the tunnel in Rocky Ridge. It's the same tunnel where you and Panam will shoot it out with Nash the Raffen Shiv. You have to finish the "Ghost Town" quest first and wait a few days before it appears.
