Why 'Battlefield 1' Is Far Better Than 'Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare'

Fans of first-person shooter video games will be treated to two of the most titular titles this year -- Activision's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" and DICE and EA's "Battlefield 1." And without a doubt, this is going to be the main event of 2016. But of course, the question is: which is better and which one will triumph in the gaming realm?

First off, "Battlefield 1" has a setting that is akin to that of the World War 1 (also known as The Great War). Meanwhile, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is taking gamers to a new, futuristic direction, with weapons and whatnots all pointed toward space.

Despite the notable similarities and differences, it seems "Battlefield 1" is paving a road straight to the spotlight. In fact, a huge numbers of gamers can attest to that, especially with "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" taking some serious dislikes from the community.

It holds true that the remastered version of "Modern Warfare" can certainly lift Activision's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" into greater heights, according to WhatCulture. However, it holds true as well that the studio has been continuously rejecting community feedback. And with no surprise, the game's reveal trailer has become one of the most hated videos on YouTube.

With that in mind, it is likely for "Battlefield 1" to take the first place. Well, if "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" currently has an estimated 2.5 million dislikes, EA and DICE's upcoming installment continues to wow fans. If the 1.6 million likes for the "Battlefield 1" video are not a living proof, then what should it be?

According to GamingBolt, "Battlefield 1" is on its way to becoming a massive hit, with only the release date being the hold factor. In fact, even the game's commentary section in YouTube says it all. This alone is near-complete opposite to "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" from Activision.

Both upcoming video games are expected to arrive in Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. "Battlefield 1" will make history come Oct. 21, while "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will hit the shelves almost a month after -- Nov. 4, that is.
