Telltale Publishing "7 Days to Die" announceed this month that the game is set to be digitally released onPlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms on June 28 of this year, VG24/7 reported.The survival horror hit game was initially released for Microsoft Windows and OS X platforms two years ago.
Gamers can access the game early on Steam. According to Gamezone, North America will be the first to experience the new console version of the game. Meanwhile in Europe, the game will be a digital title only starting June 28. By July 1st, Europeans can buy a physcial copy of the game for the retail price of $29.99.
With its console release, the game will have a multiplayer mode and will support local split-screen co-op.The game, which features an open-world, will also let the gamers experience a harsher environment in the brutally post-apocalyptic world full of the undead. The game also a mix "first person shooter survival horror, tower defense, and role-playing games."
In the game's environment, players must learn and hone their combat, crafting, scavenging , mining and exploration skils in order to survive. There are many challenges that the players have to confront aside from the undead, including cold, heat, hunger, thirst and wild animals. The game developers have warned players to be more alert as the undead are also capable of digging through the ground to attack the them.
