Does “Suits” deserve another departure from its cast member?
Gabriel Macht a.k.a corporate lawyer Harvey Specter is set to leave the legal drama following Gina Torres’s (Jessica Pearson) recent exit to spend more time in her home city, Los Angeles.
Pearson’s stepping down from the law firm that she founded was a big surprise to the audience but not to the showrunners.
"This has been something that Aaron [Korsh] and I have kind of been talking about and banting about for awhile. It's absolutely a mutual thing. Well, he wasn't that happy about it, 'cause we all love Jessica, but he's been awesome, as has been USA, about letting me come home for awhile and tend to my life," Torres admitted.
As the supporters of the show are about to accept the big reveal, another revelation will break their hearts again.
According to FX News Call, Macht will have to finish shooting “Suits” Season 6 and is set to exit the series that is dear to him. The actor is said to widen his horizon and will pursue his heart’s desires of having bigger projects in the film industry.
The same report noted that the show’s producers and Macht’s team are discussing a great deal that will give both parties a win-win situation.
The show’s management and Macht are yet to release their official statements on the issue.
The sixth installment of “Suits” will air in January 2017 and is bound to answer many questions left in the first half of the current season.
Will Pearson Specter Litt become Zane Specter Litt?
Has Mike finally decided to accept Harvey’s job proposal?
Are Donna and Harvey giving love another chance?
