Pokemon Go Update: Number Of Pokemon During Mass Evolution Increased?

The latest update from Pokemon Go has been rolled out recently and it brought numerous improvements to the game's current features such as the Gym Battling System, the new Medal System and reduced animation time during evolution. As remembered, one of the most effective way to earning a large amount of XP is doing Mass Evolution while activating the Lucky Egg. With the latest Pokemon Go update with a lesser time during evolution, it is expected to have more Pokemon evolved while doing the Mass Evolution technique.

According to reports from Heavy, the latest update roughly reduced the animation time to 18 seconds from the previous 30 seconds. After calculating using the new time, it was discovered that you can now evolve between 80 and 90 Pokemon in a 30-minute time frame of the Lucky Egg. This is a huge increase compared to the latter value. However, the value may still vary depending on your data connection during the process.

The report also mentions that it is advisable to start saving your Lucky Eggs and bunch of low-leveled Pokemon such as Pidgey and Rattata. With the Lucky Egg activated, it would give you 1,000 XP for every evolution and would grant you a net total of about 100,000 XP in a half-hour. That would be enough to level up for once or twice depending on the level you are in.

On other news, the latest Pokemon Go update makes catching Pokemon easier with the new Medal System Feature which would grant players bonus to the catching rate if they unlock a certain medal. Gym training is also revamped since it would allow you to train up to six Pokemon while original CP of the stationed Pokemon are lowered during the training.

The APK for the 0.41.2 update is now downloadable online but for those who want to download it on both app stores, it needs a bit of patience since Niantic has not released it yet.
