Jonas did not restrain his mouth and explained that he lost his virginity was to a lady named Ashley and urged his fans to Google her to unravel who she was, before sinking into yet further specifics about the night's events.
Guess Joe Jonas heard nearly ex Ashley Greene's shade then... As a little refreshment, the DNCE front man validated during a Reddit AMA that he did lose his virginity to the starlet, and she wasn't here for it evidently.
Greene, who plays the role of Alice Cullen in Twilight, responded with a brief and pithily in Instagram post which read: "Class is timeless".
Jonas has now clarified why he decided to tell the world about this personal moment, expounding that he had solely been trying to tell his "stories" and he perceives himself as an "honest guy".
"I don't know. I think life's too short, you know?" the 27-year-old singer told Entertainment Tonight. "I mean ultimately; I think of myself as an honest guy. There are just those moments in life where you have to be true to yourself and true to the world."
"I'm not out to hurt anybody, but I think, ultimately, I'm just telling my stories and what I can say from my heart".
Well, at the Tidal x 105.1 concert pre-party in Brooklyn on Saturday, the 27-year-old spilled to ET exactly why he chose to divulge that part of their history:
"Life's too short, you know? I mean ultimately, I think of myself as an honest guy. There are just those moments in life where you have to be true to yourself and true to the world. I'm not out to hurt anybody, but I think, ultimately, I'm just telling my stories and what I can say from my heart."
He's absolutely not sorry! Hopefully Ashley can see where he's pertaining to, but hey, maybe the vocalist will also learn not to kiss and tell in public next time!
