"Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 will feature the epic battle between Merged Zamasu and Vegito. After fighting Merged Zamasu in their Super Saiyan Blue form, the immortal god remains to be a stern opponent for Goku and Vegeta. Although the powerful Saiyans delivered some damage to Merged Zamasu, it wasn't enough to defeat him and the spiteful god continues his "0 mortal plan."
With no other choice, Goku comes up with a plan to overpower the radiant god. With the help of the Potara earrings, Goku and Vegeta fuse, creating Super Saiyan Blue Vegito who has enough power to match or possible exceed the immortal god's strength.
Based on the episode preview from "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66, Vegito will deal a great amount of damage to Merged Zamasu resulting to his gruesome appearance. The highly anticipated battle is definitely going to be a big hit and there's a chance that it will continue until episode 67.
Translated spoilers from Japan reveal that episode 67 has the provisional title "Farewell, Trunks." Hence, many fans are debating what the title could mean. There's a chance that everyone will be back to their respective timelines which indicates that they would have to say goodbye to Trunks who comes from the future. Some also speculate that Trunks might be the collateral damage in the epic battle between Vegito and Merged Zamasu.
Prior to the new title "Farewell, Trunks," the leaked title for episode 67 was "A Visit From The Omni-King; Bye-Bye Zamasu." If both titles refer to the events that will transpire in the episode, deciding to bring the characters back to their original timelines and sealing Zamasu off would not be contradictory. After all, Merged Zamasu's power and relentless meddling in the fate of the universe had a huge effect on different worlds and Omni King might need to put things back in the right order.
Meanwhile, many fans would be glad to know the news that "Dragon Ball Super" episode 67 is scheduled to air on Nov. 20, not on Nov. 27. Prior to the release of these spoilers, there were rumors that after episode 66 airs on Nov. 13, there will be a two-week break before another episode is released.
