One of the rising North American Dota 2 teams is the newly formed Team NP. After the controversial departure of Jacky "EternaLEnVy" Mao from Team Secret, the Canadian player formed his own NA team together with his new best friend (a replacement for Arteezy), Kurtis "Aui_2000" Ling and formed what is now known as Team NP. The newly established team went on a successful run over numerous online and LAN tournaments; placing first in Summit 6, Boston Major Qualifiers (Americas) and ESL One Qualifiers (Americas). Now, the team is growing in popularity and has officially revealed its new partner.

Dota 2 Team NP: Rise of NA Dota
It's undeniably true that NA region has one of the fewest, if not the least, professional Dota 2 teams in the world. In the last Dota 2 Boston Major Qualifiers, the region has the lowest roster count with only eight registered teams to compete for the Qualifiers. Despite this, Team NP managed to cement their name in the Dota 2 scene with all of their high-risk-high-reward schemes. For instance, EternalEnvy is one of the most aggressive cores in the pro scene; making unorthodox and unprecedented calls during crucial moments with which, can easily make or break the outcome of their game.
Due to the risky nature of the plays of Team NP, their games are somewhat unstable at most times as they end up throwing some games. But this can also work the other way around as their plays can also reward them with a complete turn-around when they're in a fraught of disaster. The irony is that, their sponsor is one of the top betting sites in eSport and with an unorthodox method, it may just give you a heart attack if you somehow go for an all-in.
