Will Smith has been appearing on several shows and going on interviews lately to promote his upcoming film, “Collateral Beauty”. In one of his interviews, he has revealed that another sequel to the beloved comedy action movie, “Bad Boys” is in the works. He also shared about a part in his life when he had to borrow money from a fan.
Smith has opened up about the possibility of a new “Bad Boys” movie, which he and co-star Martin Lawrence are quite famous for. He voiced out that he wants the sequel to happen. In fact, Smith might have just hinted that it is actually happening as he said that the movie is in the works and is very close to getting done.
Smith emphasized how he was looking forward to making the third “Bad Boys” film as he loved working with Lawrence and being in the production was one the best experiences he had in the movie industry. “Bad Boys” is an American movie starring Smith and Martin Lawrence, which revolves around the story of two cops. The movie premiered in 1995 and was directed by Michael Bay and had its sequel, “Bad Boys II” in 2003. Back In August 2016, Sony has revealed that “Bad Boys 3” is slated for January 2018.
Meanwhile, Smith also recently appeared as a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and has admitted that he loved being famous for the perks that come with it. He candidly recounts one incident when he had to urgently fill up his car and realized he left his wallet. He admitted that as soon as he pulled over at the gas station, he approached someone who turned out to be a fan and was relieved he was recognized immediately so he asked $10 in exchange for a photo with him. Smith said he wanted to pay the fan back but the fan would not let him.
Will Smith, along with Kate Winslet, Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Edward Norton, Micheal Peña, and Naomie Harris, will be starring in the upcoming drama movie, “Collateral Beauty”. It is about a man who is suffering depression after going through a personal tragedy and writes a letter each to Love, Death, and Hope, seeking answers. The movie is set to premiere on Dec. 16 in the United States.
