Based on the report, several players who saved up eggs for Christmas event were surprised to find out that Niantic allows them to find generation 2 pokemon in Eggs. However, players are suggesting that Niantic should change the color and texture between gen 1 and gen 2 eggs. By that, players will be able to identify both eggs thus granting players the assurance that they are hatching a generation 2 Pokemon.
Meanwhile, hardcore Pokemon Go players are now curious of how Niantic integrates generation 2 in the game. Some suggest that they will be made available in the wild just like generation 1. In addition, previous reports revealed numerous suggestions from the players regarding the next Pokemon Go major update such as Breeding, Pokemon Centers and more.
