Some gamers are complaining about the changes made on Hook 2.O and D.Va. The game development team addressed the complaints of the fans to assuage their concerns.

A New Overwatch Latest Hero Nerfs Patch Has Caused The Complaints

As a background, Blizzard has recently released a new patch that affected the Overwatch latest Hero Nerfs. The patch rolled out some changes to some of the heroes of the video game. Those affected by the changes are Sombra, D.Va, Roadhog and Ana. All of these characters are Nerfs, except Sombra.

This has led some gamers to feel that the game is getting flat. However, some players thought that the game developer went overboard with the hero nerfs, particularly D.Va and Roadhog.

D. Va's changes in Overwatch latest Hero Nerfs are considerable with her health increasing by 100 percent, from 200 to 400. Her armor decreased by 100 percent as well, from 400 to 200. D. Va's number of bullets per shot has also increased from eight to 11 but her Fusion Cannons Bullets damage has decreased from three to two.

The Game Developer Cites Actual Statistics To Allay Concerns Of Fans

To assuage the complaints of the fans stemming from the Overwatch latest Hero Nerfs, Jeff Kaplan, the game director has posted some statements in a number of fan game forums. He also offered some stats on the game. Kaplan said that gamers should not readily jump to conclusion without first playing the game themselves.

The statistics he shared in his post show that only 0.26 percent of Overwatch gamers have tried the changes, and their average playtime is only around 26 minutes. He also revealed that about 99.74 percent of the game's fan base has not actually tried playing with the hero nerfs.
