In comparison, the 2017 Mazda 3 is available in three trims from the base Sport, Touring and Grand Touring. Reports state that the lowest price of the 2017 Mazda CX-5 in all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration is $23,340. Accordingly, the front wheel drive (FWD) and AWD in the higher level trim is priced at $24,090 and $25,055 respectively. Unfortunately, these are all the available price details for the Mazda CX-5 at present.

According to report, the 2017 Honda CR-V is already available in the market after it was officially launched in the third week of December last year. The 2017 Mazda CX-5 on the other hand will be delivered next month. It seems that the 2017 Mazda CX-5 promises a good price in addition to a new diesel engine. In the end, whether the consumers decide to hold out for the 2017 Mazda CX-5 or get the already available 2017 Honda CR-V, they still come out the winner as they get a good vehicle either way.
