Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is an open world themed game created by CI Games. The game is a first-person shooter which follows the story of an American Marine named Capt. Jonathan "Jon" North who is in Georgia to eliminate a certain person.
Interesting enough, this open world game offers a variety of missions aside from the main missions which players can do. And in this type of game where there are a lot of possibilities, players can utilize a lot of strategies in completing objectives with, whether it be by stealth, range, or plain melee. There is an option to customize weapons to use and to store them in safe houses that players discover. Also, exploring the map is easy as players can either use technology to discover new places, or travel by car, or free-run, rappel or climb to whatever point on the map.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is set to be released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows platforms on April 4, 2017. Since then, the Developer has announced that a Season Pass is free for players who pre order the game.
According to GameSpot, the Season Pass for the PS4 and PC contains the missions of The Escape of Lydia, and The Sabotage, an All-Terrain Vehicle, a Compound Bow, The McMillan TAC- 338A sniper rifle, and two unnamed multiplayer maps. As per GAMERHOLICS, the Season Pass for the Xbox One only contains the mission of The Escape of Lydia, an All-Terrain Vehicle, and a Compound Bow. Also, Players who did not pre order can still purchase the Season Pass for an extra $29.99.
Due to the big difference between the Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Season Pass for the PS4 and PC with the Xbox One, it is hard to anticipate how Xbox users will react and if these players will still get the Season Pass. But as Marek Tyminski, CI Games' CEO said "The content within the Season Pass has variety to it, and we're committed to provide support and additional content throughout 2017 for our largest game to date". With what was said, it is still possible that Xbox users may still get fair content on the next Season Pass or on the next update that this game would offer.
