McDonald's: 10 Unhealthiest Foods You Can Put In Your Body

It was announced on Saturday, April 20 that McDonald's was not able to lift dwindling sales with its discount Dollar Menu, despite seeing a higher profit for its first quarter.

There's less people who are "lovin' it" than before.

The chain remains "the world's biggest" when it comes to hamburgers and fast food, according to Associated Press, but due to competitors such as Burger King and Wendy's stepping up their marketing campaigns and omnipresent economic concerns the world over, McDonald's felt the need to fire back with its Dollar Menu this past year in order to try to win back some defectors.

But it just doesn't seem that the Dollar Menu made much difference to McDonald's financial realities.

"The company said Friday that an important sales measurement fell 1 percent during the period and warned that it's expected to dip again in April," Associated Press says.

"That marked the first quarterly decline in a decade in sales at restaurants open at least 13 months and underscored the troubles the company has been facing."

Then again, McDonald's remains obviously one of the most popular food purveyors across the globe, and so clearly they're doing something right.

Even if you're not a fan of McDonald's or fast food in general, there's clearly enough folks out there who can't get enough of the stuff, and for those fast food fans who could care less about McDonald's financial concerns, here are some foods - courtesy of Shine Foods -- you may want to watch out for at the chain, particularly as we're getting closer to our bikini summer.

1. Chocolate Triple Thick Shake, 32 oz. (1160 cals)

2. Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, which comes with "a biscuit, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and, of course, hotcakes" (regular-size biscuit: 1090 cals, large-size biscuit: 1150 cals)
