The latest preview of the “Dragon Ball Super” anime series has given fans a glimpse of the raw powers and possibly new techniques of the Saiyans from Universe 6. The latest chapter of the manga version of the said series has also been released, featuring a different outtake on the ongoing Universe Survival Arc.
Universe 6 Super Saiyans' Potentials Explained
“Dragon Ball Super” finally introduced a new set of Saiyans, including the first female ones. The preview for the ongoing Universe Survival Arc revealed Cabba training Kale and Caulifla to tap into their Super Saiyan forms. There is a possibility that the Saiyans from Universe 6 are stronger than those in Universe 7 because the series have explicitly pointed out that the race from Universe 6 evolved differently.
Aside from not having monkey-like tails, the Saiyans from Universe 6 have been fighting without having to rely on their Super Saiyan form, mostly because they were not aware of it until Cabba’s confrontation with Vegeta. The preview revealed how Caulifla easily tapped into her Super Saiyan form and even let out an unidentified red beam attack, signifying that the Super Saiyans from Universe 6 are stronger compared to Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta from Universe 7. It is most likely that the Saiyans from Universe 6 also have stronger humanoid base form because of battle experience.
“Dragon Ball Super” Manga Tells A Different Story?
The latest chapter of the “Dragon Ball Super” manga has become completely different retellings of the same storylines. The anime has reached the Universe Survival Arc but the manga is still in the Future Trunks Arc. Though fans already know what happens next because of the anime series, the manga series takes a different turn when it reveals Goku’s unusual evolution.
In “Dragon Ball Super” Chapter 24, Vegeta and Goku, who defused from being Vegito, are still fending off Fused Zamasu. The two are overpowered and Goku is determined to win, making him unleash a new transformation that can only be seen in the manga. The unexpected transformation got Goku to tap Super Saiyan Blue and absorb it into his body, which is an indication that he has mastered the full power of the Super Saiyan Blue. This technique refers to what Whis had taught Goku and Vegeta before on how to store and become one with their power to become stronger.
