A new gameplay trailer for Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar was recently unveiled by DICE. Fans were a bit disappointed when the game developer did not show any trailer of the game at the recently concluded E3 2017. Nevertheless, this new trailer unveiled a decent amount of information about the title's gameplay.
This gameplay trailer unveiled the new Lupkow Pass map. DICE said that it will be released a month earlier. Therefore fans can expect to see this new map in August. This map is part of the current effort of the game developer to furnish game fans fresh content updates every month. The company plans to do it by regularly introducing game patches and fresh maps for Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar.
Holders of Premium Passes will be able to have their copies of the new Lupkow Pass map before the actual DLC hit the streets in September this year. This map will contain ravines covered with snow. With this map, Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar players can engage their enemies in vertical fights. Obviously, the gameplay will be more difficult since the whole place is covered with snow.
There are three more maps that will be available in Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar. These are Brusilov Keep, Galicia, and Albion. Unfortunately, DICE did not give detailed information about these three additional maps. Gamers have to watch for further announcement from the developer regarding the details of these maps.
The gameplay trailer also showed several footages of the six new weapons that will be made available to gamers in Battlefield 1: In the Name of the Tsar. These weapons are the C93 Carbine Suppressed, the Nagant Revolver, the Mosin Nagant M91 rifle, the MG14 Parabellum, the Federov Avtomat rifle and the Double Barrel Shotgun.
