Zelda Breath Of The Wild: Master Trials Expansion Arriving On June 30

The first DLC pack of Zelda Breath of the Wild: Master Trials Expansion is rolling out today. Those who hold Season Passes or Expansion Passes can already access this latest update. It can also be separately purchased for a certain price.

How Much Space Would The Expansion Take?

Based on the promotional ad of Zelda Breath of the Wild: Master Trials Expansion, it would take about 456 MB hard disk space on the Nintendo Switch. There is also a Wii U version that reportedly requires a big 3.76 GB space. In other words, it would only take a quarter of the time to download the contents to the Switch.

This Expansion Can Be Bought Separately

For gamers who want to buy the Master Trials Expansion of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, they have to shell out $20. This latest update, according to its promotional ads, is chock full of new gameplay modes, new map features and an assortment of new items. Even gamers who are still playing the main story will notice a host of new items added to the game.

Here Are Some Of The Significant Additions

Among the news additions made by this Master Trials Expansion is the Hero's Path Mode. Gamers will now be able to track the route that they've taken in the last 200 hours of play. This will enable them to determine which places in Zelda Breath of the Wild they have not gone to yet.

Another major item that the Zelda Breath of the Wild: Master Trials Expansion is the Trial of the Sword. This is a wave-based challenge conducted in a 45-room structure where gamers are not allowed to use any equipment or weapons. If they make it to the last room alive, the Master Sword's true power will be awakened.

A Hard Mode is also added by the Master Trials Expansion of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This buffs the power and health of the enemies making the quests more challenging. The Travel Medallion and new equipment are also among the items added by this new update.
