Apple is all set to unveil its next-gen iPhone lineup in the upcoming media event on September 12. Meanwhile, prolific tipster Benjamin Geskin has tweeted the pricing details of all three iPhone 8 models to be unveiled at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino.
The leaked iPhone 8 pricing details have reportedly been sourced from an Apple insider who is a friend of Geskin's friend. The iPhone 8 has been tipped to release in three storage variants with the following pricing strategy: 64GB at $999, 256GB at $1099 and 512GB at $1199.
Earlier rumours have already confirmed that the iPhone 8 would launch with a starting price of $999. However, the latest leak has hinted at a price difference of $100 between each of the three iPhone 8 variants.
Although Geskin has a consistent track record with leaked product details ahead of any Apple launch event, this leak should be taken with a pinch of salt as the exact source of the leak is still unknown.
In related news, Apple will be moving the iPhone launch event to the new Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino, wherein the company is expected to unveil two other flagship phones namely the iPhone 8 Plus and 'iPhone Edition' as per the recent report via Japanese Apple site MacOtakara.
If the ensuing rumours are indeed true, then we might get to see a bezel-less iPhone Edition with 5.8-inch OLED display, 4.7-inch iPhone 8 and 5.5-inch iPhone 8 Plus at the upcoming event.
