Oppo K10 Pro, the first Android gaming smartphone to simultaneously feature a Snapdragon 888 chipset and 80W fast charging, has officially launched in China.
It is of note that Oppo's K-series Android smartphones are primarily gaming-focused, which at the same time flaunts flagship features such as impressive cameras.
Oppo K10 Pro: What to Expect
As per a news story by Notebook Check, Oppo's upcoming K series boasts two new smartphones, which notably come with two firsts.
The Oppo K10 Pro is the first-ever Snapdragon 888 phone to support fast charging of up to 80W. Meanwhile, the entry-level K10 is also their first mobile device to feature the Dimensity 8000-Max SoC.
According to a recent report by GizmoChina, the all-new Oppo K10 Pro sports the flagship processor of Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 888.
But to make the powerful chip more efficient and help it reach its full potential, the Chinese phone maker added a steel vapour cooling system to the K10 Pro.
Besides the powerful chip, the new flagship gaming Oppo smartphone also rocks a 6.62-inch display, which is actually a Samsung E4 OLED.

The screen sure does fit most mobile gaming needs as it supports a buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It also boasts up to 1300 nits of peak brightness, making sure that even in highly-lit environments, the gaming experience would not be compromised.
On top of that, the massive 5000mAh battery of the K10 Pro should also allow extended gaming time. Not to mention that it features the new SuperVOOC fast charging tech of Oppo, which could go up to 80W.
That's not all for the flagship specs of the new Oppo K10 Pro. It also comes with impressive cameras, making sure that this gaming device would not neglect the photography side of things.
To be precise, the K10 Pro sports a Sony IMX766 for its main sensor, along with an OIS tech, which should avoid blurry images in fast-moving situations and even at night.
What's more, the new Oppo phone flaunts an 8-megapixel ultra-wide snapper and 2-megapixel Macro camera, as well as a 16-megapixel selfie or front-facing shooter.
Oppo K10 Pro: Price Tag
Although the Oppo K10 Pro has yet to be released globally or in the United States, the new gaming smartphone has already launched with its price tag in China.
The 12GB RAM with 256GB of internal storage top-of-the-line variant sells in the Asian country for around $493.
Meanwhile, the 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage option costs $431, whereas the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version carries a price tag of $385.
