Apple iOS 15.5 surprisingly has the update in stored for the Apple Cash app that numerous users are rumored to be included in iOS 16. In the new Apple Cash update, users will find new buttons in the wallet app after updating to iOS 15.5. Users will be able to quickly send and request money through the Apple Cash card by using these buttons, which are labeled "Request" and "Send."
Another update for iOS 15.5 is the iPhone's weather app. The weather app also received an update with the addition of the new feature. Lastly, it looks like the next iOS from Apple will have the Apple Classical app available. CNET reported that this information was revealed by MacRumors as they were able to locate references to a new Apple Classical app within the 15.5 beta.
This app appears to be the endgame for Apple's acquisition of the classical music streaming service Primephonic in the previous year. It's possible that in upcoming versions of iOS there will be a dedicated app for classical music.
Apple's Security Changes in iOS 15.5
Apple stuffed iOS 15.5 with security changes. The update includes over 25 additional behind-the-scenes security fixes.
