Coronavirus, Explained (2020)
With the Coronavirus pandemic being the most talked-about issue since 2020, this show covers everything you need to know about it. It explores not only the outbreak itself but also the numerous efforts that have been made to bring it under control. The limited series is part of the "Explained" franchise, which includes shows like "The Mind, Explained," and "Money, Explained."
Diagnosis (2019)
Even the best doctors can't always figure out what's wrong with the human body when faced with some particularly difficult cases. When such a situation develops, what should they do? "Diagnosis," a Netflix original medical docuseries, follows Dr. Lisa Sanders as she crowdsources diagnoses for some of the most difficult cases she encounters.
Skin Decision: Before and After (2020)
The majority of people associate skin health with appearance. As a result, the subject of this docuseries is plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian and nurse Jamie, who help their patients feel more beautiful and confident in their skin. This unscripted show may appeal to those who want to learn more about their skin and appreciate watching rewarding transformations.
Lenox Hill (2020)
This web documentary series follows four medical experts at Manhattan's Lenox Hill Hospital. Two neurosurgeons, an emergency room physician, and a Chief Resident obstetrician and gynecologist are featured in "Lenox Hill." The healthcare professionals featured in the episode walk us through what goes on in the head of the person you put your trust in, taking each day as it comes.
Medical Police (2020)
This equally intriguing spin-off of the spoof series Children's Hospital features two doctors entrusted with discovering a treatment for a menacing sickness. However, they uncover a massive conspiracy in the process. Though it mostly mocks the spy genre, it's full of sharp humor and provides a unique perspective on medical dramas.
Ratched (2020)
The series, based on Ken Kensey's 1962 novel "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," shows Nurse Mildred Ratched's use of the mental health care system for her own gain. Nurse Ratched appears to be the height of dedication, yet this is really a mask for a terribly damaged psyche. The series focuses on the human mind's fragile nature and the limitations of empirical research in defining how the mind works.
Grey's Anatomy (2005)
'Grey's Anatomy' is undoubtedly one of the most popular medical dramas of all time. The show has received multiple awards and amassed a large following of devoted fans over the years. It chronicles Meredith Grey's personal and professional life and the medical staff at a fictional Seattle hospital.
