CNET notes that the watchOS 9 introduces Sleep Stages to Apple Watch. It tells users about the time they spend in deep and core sleep, as well as REM.

What's more, the all-new update also brings more metrics for runners out there. The new stats help them analyze their overall performance. Not to mention that it could be handy in preventing injuries along the way.
