Netflix released the trailer for "Entergalactic," the musical animated series from Kid Cudi and creator Kenya Barris.
Netflix Announce Full Voice Cast for 'Entergalactic'
Along with the trailer, Netflix also announced the full voice cast for the series. Jessica Williams ("Love Life"), Timothée Chalamet ("Dune"), Ty Dolla $ign, Laura Harrier ("Hollywood"), Vanessa Hudgens ("Tick, Tick...Boom!"), Christopher Abbott ("Kraven the Hunter"), 070 Shake, Teyana Taylor ("Coming 2 America"), Jaden Smith ("After Earth"), Keith David ("From Scratch"), Arturo Castro ("Yes Day") and Macaulay Culkin ("American Horror Story") will join Kid Cudi in "Entergalactic," according to the Deadline.
In a teaser dropped on Day 3 of Netflix Geeked Week, the streaming company announced the trailer. "Entergalactic" is about a young artists named Jabari (voice by Kid Cudi). Its slick visual style will remind viewers of a cross between "Arcane" and " Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse."
Music from Kid Cudi's album will be showcased in "Entergalactic." In the series, Jabari is trying to balance love and success. Finding success eventually brings him closer to love as he meets Meadow (voiced by Williams) when he moves into his dream apartment.
"Entergalactic" is an "explosion of art, music, and fashion" that takes place in New York, according to the Deadline.
The series is written, starred, and executive produced by Kid Cudi. Ian Edelman, the creator of "How To Make It In America," will co-write with Kid Cudi. Along with Barris, Edelman is also an executive producer.
Netflix will release "Entergalactic" this fall.

Who are the Characters of 'Entergalactic'?
Kid Cudi will voice Jabari. He is a "charming, creative visionary with a splash of goofball, is effortlessly cool," said by the Deadline. From head-to-toe, he is dressed in streetwear. Facing the crossroads of career success, he will soon discover something that is bound to make him an adult: true love.
Meanwhile, Williams' is bound to voice Meadow, Jabari's new neighbor who is an on-the-rise photographer. More than being coolest girl, Meadow is also the realest.
Voicing Jabari's best friend, Jimmy is Chalamet. He is a weed dealer, but now focuses on crypto and new inventions given that there are new drug laws.
Voicing Ky is Ty Dolla $ign. Ky is Jabari's "irreverent although sometimes an inappropriate road dog." He always support Jabari.
Harrier is voicing Carmen, Jabari's stylish and confident recent ex-girlfriend.
Hudgens is Karina. She is Meadow's pregnant best friend who is trustworthy and grounded.
Abbott is voicing Reed. He is a an art dealer who will be representing Meadow's photography.
Meadow's associate from art scene, Nadia will be voiced by 070 Shake voices Nadia,. She is born and raised in New York City.
Jordan will be voiced by Smith. He is an adolescent BMX superstar.
Jabari's superhero creation, Mr. Rager, will be voiced by David.
Taylor is Boxing Coach. He is Meadow and Karina's boxing instructor at Rumble NYC.
Castro is voicing Len. He is the super smart yet super annoying co-worker of Jabari at Vision Comics.
Culkin is voicing Downtown Pat. Wise and romantic, Downtown Pat is a legend. He is also city-wide delinquent.
