Goat Simulator 3 will be released this year, according to publisher Coffee Stain Studios.
The trailer for the newest sequence of this video game was aired first at the Game Awards event, Summer Game Fest. The trailer had mixed reactions from the viewers, as it funnily trolls the fans of the video game Dead Island. However, the twist is that the familiar trailer is filled with chaotic goats all over the place.
The original Goat Simulator was something of a smash hit when it was first released. The next sequel to this game will be named Goat Simulator 3. The game is also known to have a tendency to be rather obnoxious and is quite humorous.
Goat Simulator 3 Trailer
The Goat Simulator 3 announcement came during one of the most unexpected teasers that was shown during Summer Game Fest Live, according to GameSpot. The premiere, which was made to seem like the trailer for Dead Island, swiftly took a rather absurd turn once it had begun.
Numerous gamers surely remember the Dead Island 2 trailer from 2014. The trailer was for Dead Island 2. The teaser started with the main character gearing up for his jog. As he was running with his wired earphones, things went chaotic behind him. People were fighting one another and quickly became zombies. The same goes for the main character. He slowly sheds off as a zombie.
Although the Goat Simulator's main character did not turn into a zombie, things also went chaotic. The trailer showed the scene of him preparing for a run using wireless headphones. As he was running down what seemed like a boulevard, chaos started to happen behind him. The difference with this one is that it was all caused by these aggressive goats. They all come with different looks and capabilities.
The last scene showed the character having to stop running as he stepped on a pile of goat's poo, and as he was slowly turning behind him, a group of four dogs was waiting to knock him off the ground.
Goat Simulator 3 Release
The Goat Simulator 3 action takes place on the sandbox island of San Angora, and much like in the first game, players are allowed to do whatever they want, including destroying objects.
In the game, the goats' heads, backs, hooves, bodies, horns, and furs can all be customized, and certain pieces of gear confer additional skills on the goats.
According to PC Gamer, "this next generation of goat simulation has it all." This pertains to the different types of goats armed with different power moves and all sporting different looks.
A great news for the people who want to play the game out there is that this game comes in multiplayer. Players can bring in up to four friends online. The game features seven different types of multiplayer minigames, and it allows players to play with up to four other people either online or locally.
It would appear that the game's world is full of hidden areas, quests, and items to acquire, plus the developers really went through the trouble of making an ending this time.
Players must be prepared to buckle up. They can either get around with their own four hooves, grind their teeth, or climb into the driver's seat for the trip of their life because goats are able to drive cars.
According to Engadget, this fall, Goat Simulator 3 will be available on PC through the Epic Games Store, PlayStation, and Xbox.
