With just a few weeks before Apple releases the much-awaited iPhone 14, would you still be opted to get the iPhone 13?
You must have been in need of a new iPhone right now and the iPhone 13 is the latest that you can get in the market. But there are reasons why you should wait a bit.
As the saying goes, "good thing comes to those who wait" so maybe it's a good thing to wait for a few more weeks before buying a new phone since the iPhone 14 is bound to be launched soon.
If you're still in doubt, here are five reasons why you should wait for iPhone 14.
1. iPhone 14 Has a Faster Processor
iPhone 14 will have the A16 Bionic silicon, which will replace A15 that powers this year's models. Expect that this chip would be faster and more power-efficient, particularly because Apple's chip supplier switches to a 4nm than the 5nm in A15.
However, you might be opted to get the high-end model of iPhone 14 as there is a circulating rumor that only the iPhone 14 Pro models will have the A16 Bionic, as per Tom's Guide.
2. iPhone 14 Could Have a Completely New Design
In the rendered image by Jon Prosser, aside from dropping the notch, it also shows a completely new design of iPhone 14.
The rendered image shows that the metal frame of the two glass sides is further from the edges. There is also titanium border instead of stainless steel. The renderings illustrate an Apple logo inserted on the back under the glass.
Moreover, if the render is correct, we could expect that the camera hump on the back would disappear almost completely, according to Macworld.

3. iPhone 14 Has Better Cameras
We can anticipate camera improvements in the upcoming iPhone 14. While it is still unclear how Apple plan to work on the improvement, it is almost certain that there will be enhancement.
One persistent claim, according to Tom's Guide, notes that the iPhone 14 Pro models will get a 48MP main camera. Another rumor claims that the front-facing camera will get an upgrade, too. It is rumored to get a wider aperture and autofocus.
4. 120 Hertz Display for Every iPhone 14 Model
All four models of iPhone 14 are rumored to offer OLED displays with 120 Hertz. This is all thanks to Apple for bringing LG on board as another supplier of LTPO OLED screens.
Because of LTPO technology, the frame rate variable is made possible and the highest frequency can be retrieved only when it is also required.
5. iPhone 14 Has No Notch
The notch was shrunk by 20% on the iPhone 13. But people who want a clean and unobstructed display will have their wish granted with the iPhone 14, which is said to be dropping the notch.
Certain rumors said that the new iPhone will have two punch holes, one for the camera and the other for the necessary sensors, with the latter being a pill-shaped cutout.
