Design Your Stickers
The good thing about making stickers in Telegram is even if you're not a professional graphic designer, you can easily make one. You can start from a really basic one, then proceed to something more complex.
One thing that you should keep in mind is Telegram stickers must be PNG images, meaning it must have a transparent background. It must also be 512 x 512 pixels or smaller, as per The Business Insider.
You may want to use your desktop as it is easier to design and upload stickers on a desktop than on a mobile device.
While you can use movie quotes in making your sticker, it pays to remember that using one can be a copyright infringement and Telegram will take it off if the copyright owner complains.

Find the Telegram Sticker Bot
Once you're done designing, its time to look for the Telegram sticker bot. Simply type "stickers" into the search field. Afterwards, tap on the Telegram "sticker bot" once it appears.
If it's your first-time creating stickers in Telegram, click Start to begin setting up your sticker pack. Or simply use the /newpack command.
Upload Your Telegram Stickers
1. To upload your Telegram stickers, simply type /newpack into the message bar then click the blue arrow in order to send the message.
2. Next, in the message bar, create a name for your sticker pack then, click the blue arrow.
3. To upload your first sticker, tap on the paperclip icon, then click "File," and choose the sticker you want to upload.
4. You have to use the emoji keyboard to type and send an emoji that suits the sticker that you just uploaded.
5. Repeat steps three and four for every sticker that you want to include in the sticker pack. As soon as you're done adding stickers, type /publish into the message bar and click the blue arrow.
6. You will be given the option to upload an icon for your sticker pack. In case you decided to have one, remember that the icon must be 100 x 100 pixels. Since this is not required, you can simply type /skip into the message bar and click the blue arrow.
7. Next, provide a short name for your sticker pack and click the blue arrow. The name will be part of the URL that Telegram creates in order for you to share the sticker pack.
8. You will soon have an access to your sticker pack with the link that Telegram will send. Click on the link, then tap "Add Stickers" to download the sticker pack.
