If you're looking for a great handheld gaming device, you might want to check out Stream Deck.

Tom's Hardware gave Valve's Stream Deck a positive review. Due to its balanced weight and well thought controller arrangement, it feels wonderful to play on it.

Games on its 7-inch display look excellent and sound great thanks to the unexpectedly powerful speakers.

This device is one of the best options if you're a Steam user who wants to take your games with you or if you want a more powerful handheld than the Nintendo Switch.

But if you decide to order this device, you might receive your units earlier than expected.

The Production Lines for Steam Deck Saw Significant Improvement

The quantity of Steam Decks given out each week has nearly doubled thanks to Valve's stepping up production, according to the news story by PC Gamer.

Lawrence Yang, a Valve designer, provided all of that information through his personal account, but he assures that a formal announcement with further information will be made available soon.

Yang explained that more Q4 reservations are being moved into Q3 and that production is exceeding expectations, as per the report by Tom's Hardware.

This is in addition to the outstanding news from a month ago that orders for Steam Deck made a month ago or earlier will be fulfilled by Q4 2022. It appears that Valve has fared better than anticipated in resolving the Steam Deck's supply chain problems.

Gaming enthusiasts are optimistic that this trend will carry on with Valve's manufacturing facilities.

PC Gamer noted that the Steam Deck continues to outsell all other best-selling titles on the Steam Library as of Aug. 23, such as Elden Ring, Stray, FIFA 23, and Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered, which is presently at #2.

You Better Check Your Emails

As p[reviously mentioned, with an order email already being sent out to certain customers, this means that current Steam Deck customers with a Q4 reservation may receive their handheld faster than anticipated.

According to the report by PC Gamer, you have a few days to finish completing your order for your Steam Deck, just like with prior reservation emails.

Yang adds that because the reservation windows on the Steam Deck product page have not been changed, it can still indicate that your shipping date is within the "Q4 window."

You'll receive a more precise time range for when you can hold a Deck when this is updated before the following round of emails is sent out on Thursday.

Yang notes that there is a grace period just in case you miss the email, so if this occurs to you, be sure to open a support ticket with Valve. Check your reservation to see if you are eligible for the Q3 change if you haven't received an email yet by logging into the Steam website.
