During the Disney and Marvel showcase on Sept. 9, a new release date for Marvel's Midnight Suns was revealed.
Updated Release Date for Marvel's Midnight Suns
Midnight Suns, which had previously been postponed indefinitely in August of this year, now has a new release date.
Right before the holiday season, we might expect a new Marvel game. The game's developer said that the Marvel game will launch on Dec. 2.
What is the exact reason for the delay? Well, according to The Gamer, the game's developer said that the delayed launch was all "to ensure the teams at Firaxis Games and 2K deliver the best possible experience for [its] fans."
Which Superheroes Can You Play in the Game
Marvel fans will become ecstatic with the superhero team-ups that Marvel's Midnight Suns will offer.
The main antagonist in the game is Lilith, the mother of demons. The X-Men, Runaways, and Avengers are brought together to combat Lilith.
Wolverine, Captain America, Blade, and more characters would be included in the game.
The Hunter, a brand-new character who stands in for the player, is one of a total of 13 playable heroes.
Three Editions of the Game
Standard, Enhanced, and Legendary are the three editions that are available.
The base build is provided by the standard edition, while Enhanced includes five premium skins.
The Legendary is arguarbly the most exciting among the three editions. It includes 23 and a season pass for four pieces of DLC.
What Can You Expect With the Game
GamesRadar describes Marvel's Midnight Sun as an engaging strategy game with turn-based combat that is regulated by a card system.
Another thing that you can expect in the game is how heroes interact with each other, aside from fighting.
In order to build (non-romantic) relationships with heroes and get access to new skills, you can also interact with them away from the battlefield.
Where Can You Get the Game
According to Venture Beat, the game will be available on the following:
PS5
PS4
Xbox Series X/S
Xbox One
Steam
Epic Games Store
Nintendo Switch
More Marvel News to Look Out For
Skydance and Marvel confirmed their partnership on a AAA game in October. There are several rumors surrounding this highly anticipated game.
In fact, there are rumors regarding the next Marvel game from Skydance Media and Amy Hennig that have surfaced before its formal announcement at the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase on Sept. 9.
Previous rumors suggested that the game might instead concentrate on the adventures of the Fantastic Four. But there was no concrete data to back up it. The Marvel game, however, may not be Fantastic Four, according to recent rumors, as it is purportedly focused on Captain America and Black Panther working together to defeat Hydra.
To verify more information about this game, we'll just have to wait till the formal announcement during the Disney and Marvel Games Showcase.
