Following Kanye West, or legally known as Ye's announcement that he is going to buy social media platform Parler, Elon Musk posted a meme showing himself and Ye in a "fusion dance" position with a text "Wait for it," as per Business Insider.
The meme is from "Dragon Ball Z," an anime show where two characters can do fusion dance. Fusion can make two characters merge together to become a more powerful being by touching their fingers together.
Elon Musk Shows Support to Ye's Decision to Buy Parler
The fusion meme from "Dragon Ball Z" has the faces of Musk and Ye superimposed into the photo. The Twitter and Parler logos can be seen on their clothes.
However, without explanation, Musk deleted the meme hours after posting it. In another now-deleted tweet, Musk posted "Fun times ahead."
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO posted the meme on Monday after news about Ye's plan to buy Parler broke, according to Gizmodo.
According to reports, Ye had already entered into an agreement "in principle" with the parent company of Parler, the Parlement Technologies.
He is planning to acquire the right-wing social media app for an undisclosed amount.
While the billionaire did not divulge further details aside from the tweet, his response to Ye and his plans for Parler could show how Musk plans to handle censorship on Twitter.
Musk is critical of how Twitter handle censorship. He has always expressed that he is against censorship that "goes far beyond the law."
According to him, once he acquired Twitter, he is planning to reinstate several accounts that were previously banned by the company. This include former president Donald Trump's account.
Ye posted an antisemitic tweet and gets locked out of his Twitter account. According to Musk he reached out to the rapper and "talked to Ye."
According to Gizmodo (via Bloomberg) Ye shared in an interview that his decision to buy Parler was motivated by the fact that he was locked out of Instagram and Twitter.

Elon Musk Posts a Meme of Himself, Ye and Trump
It seems that the billionaire is not yet done tweeting memes. In another tweet, he posted a meme of himself, Ye and Trump as " The Three Musketeers."
In the meme, the faces of the three of them were superimposed on an image of the "The Three Musketeers," with sword pointing to Parler, X and Truth Social.
The text "In retrospect, it was inevitable" accompanied the post. Musk also deleted the tweet later on.
If Ye would proceed with his purchase of Parler, all three of them would be owners of social media network.
Just recently, the billionaire completely changed his mind on his decision to acquire Twitter.
It can be recalled that because of his questions regarding the actual number of spam accounts in the platform, Musk decided to back away from his $44 billion bid to acquire Twitter.
This prompted Twitter to file a lawsuit to force Musk to proceed with the deal.
However, it seems that Musk has another plan once he acquire the platform. The meme hinted that he might either turn Twitter into X. Another possibility is he might launch an entirely new platform.
