Despite the release of Windows 11 this early October, there have been updates for Windows 10, still. There are 19 improvements released in the KB5018482 Preview cumulative update for Windows 10 20H2, Windows 10 21H1, and Windows 10 21H2.
The C Preview update is optional, so users will have to install it manually by going to Settings, clicking Windows Update, and finally clicking Check for Updates. It is important to note, however, that it doesn't have security updates. It does allow admins to test fixes for the upcoming November 2022 Patch Tuesday, as mentioned by Bleeping Computer.
What the Windows 10 KB5018482 Include
Microsoft provided highlights of the 19 improvements and fixes on their official website, which are the following:

The issue that affects the lasso tool in a graphics editing program has been resolved.
The Jordan time zone will permanently shift to the UTC +3 time zone and stops the daylight saving time in Jordan at the end of October 2022.
Before Getting the Update
Microsoft has combined the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for the operating system with the latest cumulative update (LCU). This will allow the user's device to mitigate potential issues while installing the latest quality and feature updates. Without installing the latest SSU, the user's device might not be updated with the latest security fixes issues by Microsoft.
Microsoft included information about which prerequisites are needed before users can install the update.
For offline OS image servicing, users should install the special standalone May 10, 2022, SSU (KB5014032), if their image doesn't have the March 22, 2022 (KB5011543) or later LCU.
For Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) deployment, or when installing the Microsoft Update Catalog standalone package, users must install the special standalone August 10, 2021 SSU (KB5005260) if they don't have the May 11, 2021 (KB5003173) or later LCU.
Installing the Update
Microsoft also included release channels that are available and the steps to be followed if they are not.
The update is available in Windows Update or Microsoft Update. Go to Settings, then Update and Security, then Windows update, and finally, click the Optional Updates Available to find the link for the download.
The Windows update is not available for Busines, but the changes are included in the next security update for this channel.
You may get the standalone package for the update in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
The update is not available in the WSUS, but users can import the update into the WSUS manually.
