Microsoft just released the cumulative updates for Windows 10 KB5019959 and KB5019966. The versions included are 22H2, 21H2, 21H1, and 1808. The updates will fix performance issues and resolve 20 bugs in the operating system. However, the update is not available for Windows 10 1909 or 2004, according to Bleeping Computer.
The update will automatically be installed by the Windows Update during a user's servicing window, as it is mandatory. Users can still update it manually via Settings, by clicking on Windows Update and then Check for Updates.

It has addressed the problem with Microsoft Direct3D 9 games, The graphics hardware will no longer stop working when it doesn't have a native Cirect3D 9 driver.
It issues a fix for the graphical issue in games that use Microsoft Direct3D 9 on some platforms.
The title of pop-up windows and tabs will now be displayed correctly, when Microsoft Edge is in IE Mode.
The issue with the lasso tool in a graphics editing program ha snow been fixed.
The beginning of daylight saving time in Jordan at the end of October 2022 has stopped. The Jordan time zone will now be set to the UTC + 3 time zone, permanently.
Functions of the internal OS will receive miscellaneous security improvements.
Other Improvements
For versions 21H1 and 21H2, here are the following improvements according to Microsoft:
A fix has been issued for the Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) Application Proxy connector. The previous issue stated that it cannot retrieve a Kerberos ticket for the user.
The issue with applications that stop responding due to input queue overflows, has been addressed.
The input method editors (IME) from Microsoft and third parties will continue to work, even as the user closes the IME window. The issue happened when the IME uses Windows Text Services Framework or TSF.
The problem with Miracast advertisements when Surface Hub devices are under certain conditions has been fixed.
The issue with select drivers using more power when users play hardware-protected DRM content is no longer a problem.
The update addressed an issue affecting .msi files, wherein Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) will ignore the files when it is disabled.
The session for a remote desktop virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) scenario, will now display the correct time zone.
The update includes the Windows kernel vulnerable driver blocklist that resides in the DriverSipolicy.p7b file. It ensures that the blocklist is similar to both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Microsoft is now compliant with the US Government (USG) version 6 revision 1. Refer to the NSIT site for more information.
What to Know Before Installing the Update
If you plan on offline OS image servicing, make sure that you install the special standalone May 10, 2022 SSU or KB5014032 first. This goes for users who do not have the March 22, 2022 KB5011543 or later LCU.
As for WSUS deployment installing the standalone package from the Microsoft Update Catalog, install the standalone August 10, 2021 SSU or KB5005260. This is only if you do not have the May 11, 2021 KB5003173 or late LCU.
