What's remarkable about this app is it allows users to track symptoms, and log medications, including photo records of labels and bottles. It also has features that allow users to keep up with appointments. The My Health Report allows users to export and share data with the patient's chosen doctors.

3. Belong: Beating Cancer Together
Patients don't have to deal with their illness alone. Using Belong: Beating Cancer Together, patients and families will be able to directly ask a team of leading oncologists, nurses, radiologists, and researchers about the illness.
Using the app, patients will be able to manage their medical records. In addition, they can share the record with their families and medical teams. Another remarkable feature of the app is it allows patients to communicate with a wide support network of other people who are dealing with similar illness.
4. Pocket Cancer Care Guide
This app is from the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship, and its available on iOS only. This app allows patients to browse hundreds of questions for each stage of cancer diagnosis. From here, patients can build lists of questions that they can ask to their doctor.
The app allows patients to record and play back the doctor's answers. Furthermore, it links medical appointments to the patients' lists. With that, the appointment will be automatically added to their calendar.
5. BELONG Cancer
The National Foundation for Cancer Research (NCFR) recommended BELONG Cancer. Patients don't have to deal with their illness alone because using this app, they can find support groups for their specific type of cancer.
The app also offers access to leading researchers who can answer the patients' questions. This app is also useful in organizing files and documents, and finding clinical trials. This is available on Android and iOS.
