You may convince yourself that you need to play more to make up for your losses, but if you're growing more and more frustrated, then maybe you need to take some time away from your screen and take in some fresh air.
Vexation is one of the causes of discouragement, and you'll find yourself falling down a rabbit hole of losses if you don't step back to rest your eyes. Pulling yourself away from the game and occupying yourself with something else could even give you a fresh perspective to win.
It's Just a Game

Lighten Up First

If you're playing a multiplayer game where you have teammates and you're losing, it's likely that you're not the only one feeling the weight of it. You can control your temper and keep yourself from being toxic, but you can't control your teammates.
If someone is pissed and starts talking smack, all you have to do is mute them in both voice and text. You can even report them for abusive behaviors if you want to. Just don't reciprocate the negativity no matter what so it won't ruin the game for others as well if it hasn't already.
