AT&T has announced it will begin offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom on Nov. 8. The 16-megapixel camera smartphone will cost $199.99 with a new 2-year contract.
Samsung has created a bunch of spin-offs of its flagship Galaxy S4. The Galaxy S4 Mini was designed to offer consumers a miniature version of the Galaxy S4 with a 4.3-inch display and some of the flagship's most popular features. Samsung also launched the Galaxy S4 Active, which brought a more rugged Galaxy S4 design, complete with both water and dust-resistance. The S4 Active is still exclusively available from AT&T and the carrier is about to launch Samsung's latest S4 variant, the Galaxy S4 Zoom.

"With powerful, best-in-class optical zoom, in addition to easy access to day-to-day functions like email, social media and more, we're able to offer customers the qualities they want and need all in one device with the Galaxy S 4 zoom."
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom with its 16-megapixel camera has been designed with photographers in mind. The smartphone comes packed with advanced camera features that are simple and easy to use and it's also the first smartphone to ship with 10x optical zoom, allowing you to get the perfect shot from a distance. Samsung has also added a spin-to-focus manual control ring that makes it super simple to capture the best photos possible.
The AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom features a 4.3-inch 540 x 960 qHD Super AMOLED display and runs Android 4.2 with Samsung's TouchWiz Nature UX. It is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM. The Galaxy S4 Zoom ships with 8GB of internal storage and a microSD slot with support for up to 64GB microSD cards to increase storage.
Its camera capabilities include a 16-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom, a Xenon flash optical image stabilization (OIS), and the capability to record Full HD 1080p video @30fps. The smartphone also includes a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. Its Wireless connectivity options consist of Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE (low energy), A-GPS, and NFC. Samsung ships the Galaxy S4 Zoom with a 2,330 mAh battery.
The AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom will be available on Nov. 8 online and in retail stores for $199.99 when signing a new 2-year contract.
