Twitter owner, Elon Musk, announced that Twitter Blue has changed its name to X Premium.
Similar to other existing handles, X has taken the @Premium account handle. This has happened to @Sports and @Music wherein X issued an announcement that their respective handles will be stripped away from them.
However, the user for @Premium might not give any resistance as the last shown use for the handle was in 2015.

X Premium Eligibility
Ads Revenue is a way for eligible content creators to earn money on the platform. The earnings from X Ads Revenue Sharing is based on the verified users' impressions of ads displayed in replies on a post.
To be eligible for the program, users must be an X Premium subscriber, have at least 500 followers, and be at least 18 years old. On top of these, the user must have received at least 15 million total impressions from the posts in the last three months.
While the program is open to anyone, it is important that interested users must be an X Premium subscriber, as the ad money will be kept by X for non-subscribers.
Ads Revenue Sharing Delays Payout
X have previously promised that the payments will be rolled out by July 31. However, on August 4, the company apologized for the delay.
The X support page cited the large number of volume of people signing up to the program was able to exceed their expected count. Thus, the company is taking its time to review things before the next payout. Musk then assured that major payout will be available soon for the eligible accounts.
The Ads Revenue Sharing is now available globally, to check if your country is supporter by the company's payment processor, X has list for it. Aside from delayed payments, X is currently on hot water for bigger issues, such as legal battles.
