OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Enterprise

OpenAI introduced its AI chatbot's business tier called ChatGPT Enterprise, after almost one year in development.

During its development, ChatGPT Enterprise was able to help over 20 companies from different organization sizes and industries, as reported by CNBC. Companies such as Block, Canva, Carlyle, The Estée Lauder, PwC, and Zapier, were able to participate on the beta testing.

The tool gives the users an access the GPT-4 without any limitation, a performance that is twice faster than the earlier versions, and API credits. In addition, ChatGPT Enterprise also allows an unlimited access to advanced data analysis which will enable both technical and non-technical teams to analyze the data within seconds, regardless of the type of information.

"It's become a true enabler of productivity, with the dependable security and data privacy controls we need," head of AI Products at Canva, Danny Wu, shared.

Demand for ChatGPT in Organizations

According to OpenAI, around 80 percent of the Fortune 500 companies have adopted using ChatGPT since its launch. ChatGPT is only one among the chatbot providers in the world such as Microsoft, Google, and Anthropic.

On the other hand, OpenAI disclosed the upcoming features for ChatGPT Enterprise that will be available once they are ready to release. For instance, companies will be able to customize their ChatGPT's knowledge by connecting it to other apps that are already in use by the company.

In addition, OpenAI aims to offer ChatGPT Enterprise to all kinds of team sizes, even small businesses. Most importantly, more power tools such as improved Advanced Data Analysis and role-specific tools will be added on the succeeding updates.
