Stardew Valley creator, ConcernedApe, revealed some of the information for the upcoming update 1.6.
Highly Anticipated Update for Stardew Valley
For a while, fans have been speculating on the inclusions of Stardew Valley's update 1.6 and finally ConcernedApe put an end on the predictions by giving a sneak peek. On an X post, the Stardew Valley creator posted a list of the events that will unfold upon the update 1.6 release.
The sneak peak, which is still in development, includes a major festival, two mini festivals, expansive content, new items, recipes, and more. Most importantly, the announcement also revealed that the PC will have a support for up to 8 player multiplayer.
Aside from that the sneak peek image contained various items and NPC additions. For instance, a purple totem got the attention of fans due to its difference from the usual warp totems. Other notable items include the star-shaped fruit and the purple drink.
Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Release
While fans have been waiting for the announcement, ConcernedApe revealed that there is no release date yet for the upcoming update. Moreover, there is also a note that some of the inclusions are still in the development.
Regardless, fans are already losing their minds with the sneak peek as they express their excitements and suspicions on what the items might be.
Stardew Valley is available to play on Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
