Sony announced that Bravia Core will be rebranded into Sony Pictures Core which will offer up to 100 movies for PlayStation Plus Premium and Deluxe members.

Sony Rebrands Bravia Core for PlayStation Consoles
The Bravia Core app is known for giving a wide range of recent and classic Sony Pictures Entertainment films for Bravia TV and selected Xperia devices. By next year, Bravia Core will be rebranded to Sony Pictures Core for Bravia TV and Xperia devices. Meanwhile, PlayStation 5 and 4 consoles will get the Sony Pictures Core app starting October 5.
The Sony Pictures Core will be available to PlayStation players in 23 markets worldwide. Console holders can find the app by going to the Media section for PS5 and PS Store for PS4.
Upon signing up, players can buy or rent up to 2,000 movies through the app. PlayStation Plus Premium or Deluxe membership can give a curated catalog of up to 100 movies without any additional fee.
Sony Pictures Core's Welcome Catalog
For its big launch, Sony unveiled that they will be featuring some of Sony's blockbuster hits like "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse", "Spider-Man: No Way Home", "Uncharted", "The Equalizer", "No Hard Feelings", "Bullet Train", and "Ghostbusters: Afterlife", and more.
"It's part of our shared goal with Sony Pictures Entertainment to bring together this curated collection of wonderful films to elevate the PlayStation experience," senior director of global marketing for PlayStation Evan Stern shared.
Sony also revealed the company's plan to expand offerings over time such as adding anime content from Crunchyroll.
