The handset is powered by a snappy 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM to provide a fast and fluid user interface. The handset ships with 32GB of internal storage and 7GB of free cloud storage.

The Lumia Icon has a 20-megapixel PureView rear camera with advanced imaging functions to get the best pictures possible, optical image stabilization (OIS), Dual LED Flash, ZEISS optics, 6-lens optics, high resolution zoom 2X and Nokia's professional Camera application. It also has a 1.2-megapixel HD camera for video chat and selfies. Its wireless connectivity options consist of a 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/a/c, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC. The Icon ships with a 2,420 mAh battery that will provide up to 16.4 hours of talk time and 18 days of standby time. The smartphone also comes with support for wireless charging out of the box, but you'll need to supply your own charger.
