Xiaomi SU7 Debuts With a Premium Price

During its introduction, Xiaomi announced that the SU7 would be offered to the market at a premium price, citing that the company is confident based on its numbers.

"We think it's a good starting point for us in the premium segment because we have already 20 million premium users in China based on the smartphone," Xiaomi Group president Weibing Lu stated to CNBC.

Last December, the SU7 EV debuted in China but the company has yet to reveal its specific price. However, the company hinted that it has considered a range of price points from entry to luxury level.

Moreover, Xiaomi also introduced five core EV technologies that are integrated with the SU7 design. This includes E-Motor, CTB Integrated Battery, Xiaomi Die-Casting, Xiaomi Pilot Autonomous Driving, and Smart Cabin.

Xiaomi Debuts CyberDog 2 at MWC 2024

In 2021, Xiaomi revealed the design for its CyberDog 2 which shocked many due to its eccentric look. This year, the company revamped its robot dog into a more friendly design.

In a promotional video, Xiaomi showed the CyberDog 2 backflipping on a skateboard using an AI algorithm for balancing. However, MWC attendees shared that the dog opted not to perform that specific task.

The CyberDog 2 is currently available for online purchase with a price tag of $3,000. The second-generation robotic animal has a multi-brain system and is powered by dual co-processors.

The dog also has several cameras including a 13MP interactive AI camera, a 1MP RGB camera, and two fish eye cameras with a 146-degree field of view.
