Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Producer Wishes for Collaboration With Original Developers

In an interview, Noriaki Okamura shared his wish to work with Hideo Kojima and other original staff members to work with the franchise. He described it as "the dream" collaboration.

"I just don't think it's right for us to be the ones to make that kind of demand of anyone. So we're working with the expectation that whatever we make, it's up to us, it's on our shoulders to do a good job," he added.

In the latest episode of the official "Metal Gear - Production Hotline" series, Okamura stated that it is not up to them to decide who gets to come back to work with Konami's series. However, he also stated that some people have already moved on to new projects for the better.

Fans Awaits for Konami's Take on Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake

Konami previously mentioned that the Delta symbol for the remake is a hint at the changes that could happen without changing the original structure. Fans are now looking forward to the enhanced graphics and visuals of the game.

In addition, new and refined controls fit to the modern consoles and PCs are expected to be included in the game.

The previous Xbox Games Showcase unveiled the first gameplay trailer for the game. As promised by Konami, it will be a faithful remake of the Metal Gear Solid 3.

Last month, GameStop mistakenly posted the release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The now-deleted post showed that it will be released on November 17 but Konami has yet to confirm it.
