EA Experience Setbacks on College Football 25 Early Access
College Football 25 is originally scheduled to be released on July 19. However, EA launched a pre-order benefit that will allow players to gain early access to the game ahead of the big release.
However, reports began flooding X once the servers were opened. Fans shared that they were not able to access their game to play in Dynasty, Ultimate Team, and other various modes.
"Man, I sure wish I could play #NCAA25 without EA's fragile servers dying on schedule. We get it. It's popular. But EA knows it's popular too. You saw the sales numbers. No excuse to not be ready," a fan wrote.
Fans are also pointing out how they paid to gain early access and how they should be able to enjoy their pre-order perks.
EA Yet to Address Server Problems on Sports Games
EA sports games have been notorious for their server problems. Several fans were hoping that the company must have fixed its previous issues before offering early access to the game.
College Football 25 is one of the most-awaited sports games. The decade-long hiatus of the franchise sparked interest among old and new fans, resulting in its high demand.
Some fans suggested disconnecting the consoles from the internet to access the offline version of Dynasty. The trick has proven to be effective for some players but others are still pressed to play online.
EA has yet to issue an update about its server problem before the game releases on July 19.
