Apple's Best Camera On iPhone

According to experts, Apple is expected to include on its upcoming phones a boosted camera, featuring much more megapixels. 9To4Mac reported that the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will include an upgraded camera, moving its megapixel count from 8 to 12. That means that the new iPhone will be able to take higher-resolution photos than in previous models.

The video capabilities of the built-in cameras are also due to be upgraded, according to the same publication, 9To5Mac. According to them, the Apple's iPhone built-in cameras will include the ability for 4k video recording.

A new "flash" mode features was also included for a better exposure for selfies. The flash will light up the front display in bright white to deliver enough light of a close distance picture of yourself.

The benefits of 4K video recording include improved stability and clarity, compatibility with the latest consumer television sets, as well as benefits during post-production editing, wrote 9To5Mac.Users of new Mac computers with Retina Display will also be able to take advantage of the 4K video feature.

Apple's newest iPhones will also come with boosted FaceTime cameras and some upgraded sensors for achieving a better call quality. Analysts are expecting that Apple will make these announcements at Apple's September 9 event in San Francisco.

While iPhones have kept loyal to the 8-megapixel sensor, competitor Android makers like LG, Samsung and Sony have moved on already to produce some fairly remarkable 16-megapixel smartphone cameras. Such an example is the new Galaxy Note 5, from Samsung.

However, even at its lower resolution, Apple promotes its phone cameras heavily in marketing campaigns. For the company, iPhone's camera has remained one of the device's standout. It seems that finally, the year 2015 will bring significant change and improvement.

According to 9to5Mac, optimizations to the iPhone 6S image processing will ensure Apple's reputation for top-notch mobile gadgets is preserved. According to analysts, it is expected that Apple is likely to leverage 4K camera video recording feature as one of the new iPhone's premier additions for marketing purposes.
