LG's latest smartphone, the V10, has been garnering huge media attention due to its unique dual-screen setup along with powerhouse hardware and an innovative camera setup to make it a product to envy. Soon to be available from major United States carriers, the LG V10 looks to be one of the most anticipated smartphones to come out to the West.
Both major U.S. carriers AT&T and T-Mobile have recently announced that anyone interested in nabbing the LG V10 can do so this week. AT&T will be taking orders on Oct. 27, while T-Mobile will open theirs the day after.
AT&T will offer the LG V10 in black or opal blue. As for the price, it will cost about USD $250 on a two-year contract or USD $29 a month depending on the installment plan. The company will also be throwing a 200 GB micro-SD card, an extra battery, plus a charging cradle into the package for a limited time. T-Mobile on the other hand would not be including bundles or extras in their offering, but their offer would come off as cheaper with its USD $25 monthly price on a two-year payment plan, or $600 outright should customers wish to.
However, both carriers would not have LG V10 units on display in store. So, should users want to test a unit before they decide to get one themselves, T-Mobile will be having units on display on Oct. 30, while AT&T will have theirs on Nov. 6.
The LG V10 is the latest supercharged smartphone from the South Korean tech giant. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset with X10 LTE connectivity to deliver blazing fast speeds. It features 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, plus expandability options through micro-SD that can accommodate up to 2 TB of data. With its 16 MP primary camera with Laser Auto Focus, along with dual 5 MP selfie cameras, users will be able to take stunning snapshots easily.
