When "Tom Clancy's The Division" received 1.1 patch, gamers were experiencing a lot of issues, one of which includes missing the Daily Missions. Fortunately, Ubisoft has already reconfigured the Daily Missions list and has announced the arrival of update 1.2. So what should gamers expect from the new patch?
The Daily Missions in the titular open world third-person shooter online game disappeared; thus, Ubisoft updated the list in order to avoid the issue in the future. It should be noted, according to International Business Times, that the update only happened in the server, not in the client files.
Meanwhile, "Tom Clancy's The Division" update 1.2 is expected to arrive anytime sooner. Although the company did not elaborate the details of the said update, it is believed to improve the game's looting system -- from the loot quantity all the way up to the system's quality.
Ubisoft is also set to overhaul the game's reward content. However, before such feature will be made, it reportedly has to conduct all-encompassing QA testing as a preliminary measure. Moreover, update 1.2 will introduce new in-game feature, while adding security improvements toward spammers.
IGN reports that the primary issue with "Tom Clancy's The Division" update 1.1 is the testing process being not quite good enough. Hence, gamers were experiencing numerous bugs (Daily Missions not updating and various exploits, among others) all throughout the game.
Now that Ubisoft has learned its lesson, it wants to ensure that the testing procedure is done correctly prior to releasing a new "Tom Clancy's The Division" update. This is also the main reason why the company opts not to declare any official release date yet.
Ubisoft has reiterated its intentions to make update 1.2 "rock-solid," free from the mistakes that it has in the past. Among the things that the new update will introduce are new Incursion, improvements to PVP area, Broken Circle and Dark Zone.
