The trailer for "World of Wonder" premiered during the Final Fantasy XV Uncovered last March. Now, the trailer has been released online and in full. In here, a fantastic peek into the different towns, cities, buildings, and many other environments are showcased. See video at the bottom.
There are more Final Fantasy updates, too. Final Fantasy XV will be released on September 30, 2016 on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For those who simply could not wait, a new playable demo was released a couple of months ago, Epic Stream reported.
The demo is an interesting piece. Gamespot noted that the demo is not simply some portion of the actual game condensed into a demo. It is actually a standalone story with background and references to the main game.
The story is about the child Noctis, who users play in the demo, and his quest to wake up from an ethereal sleep. But he is not alone. The recurring summon Carbuncle is there to guide him. These characters and storyline are part of the prequel anime called "Brotherhood: Final Fantasy VX."
The anime's first episode was already released, and it gives a very good idea of the character of Noctis and his friends. The rest of the 5-episode anime are due to be released soon with the second episode due sometime in June.
The hype train of Final Fantasy XV does not end there. After ten years in the making, the franchise is also releasing a full-length CGI movie. Square Enix has announced that the film will be called "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV."
The movie is highly anticipated as it features Hollywood heavyweights from Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. Lena Headey and Sean Bean of GoT fame and Aaron Paul aka Jesse Pinkman are part of the film.
