As announced, Android N is coming and release date of the operating system update is expected to roll out soon.
In a report by Android Authority, it has been revealed that the latest Android OS for the top HTC phones, namely, the HTC 10, HTC One A9 and HTC One M9.
The announcement was made during the recently held Google I/O Developers Conference and revealed what fans should expect from the update.
HTC also announced the update on its Twitter account.
However, the website also revealed that the exact release date of the Android N is yet to be confirmed, but rumors and speculations suggest that the tech giant will announce the update in the coming months.
Christian Times, meanwhile, reported that Google may reveal it on a Nexus device first before rolling it out to the public.
Rumored specs and features can include easier options, simpler manage tabs and even the option to choose different colors when using the Google keyboard.
For Samsung users, meanwhile, Gotta Be Mobile confirmed that the update will be available for Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Galaxy Note 5 users.
In addition to that, Android also confirmed that the company would roll out the new OS for the Galaxy Tab S2 by October. They also confirmed that this release will be faster than Marshmallow and will not take as long as next year to happen.
With regard to the official name of the new update, Google is also asking its fans to name the "N" by doing a survey on the Android website.
Although Google has not confirmed any use about the release date of Android N, rumors claim that it should come out anytime late this year.
