"Clash of Clans" received a new update from Supercell. Following the game's recent maintenance, the studio released an update that introduces new changes for the titular mobile game.
According to Mobile & Apps, the new "Clash of Clans" update went live on May 24. And while it includes a handful of cool changes, the main feature is the so-called Friendly Challenge. And by looking at its name, it suggests a friendly competition within clan members -- only with no penalties involved.
"Clash of Clans" Friendly Challenge aims to provide players the opportunity to either test new home/war base layouts or challenge each other for the sake of fun. It proved to be a hit, as the so-called challenge received positive reviews from fans.
It should also be noted that a 24-hour restriction has been imposed, specifically for "Clash of Clans" players with a level 9 and/or above Town Hall. As for the lower levels, they are not expected to be covered with the aforesaid restriction.
The new "Clash of Clans" update shall also prohibit players to scout their enemies' war base (something that is previously done during Preparation Day). Instead, players will get to see the active Village base only.
Supercell believes that by doing so, players will get a good grip of the kind of War Bases that they are about to face. Fortunately, as for the Battle Day Scouting, there will be no changes.
Inquisitr, on the other hand, reports that the "Clash of Clans" new update also brings the Miners and the Baby Dragons. The latter is now available, but can only be utilized by players with level 11 Barracks. As for the Miners, they can be used as long as the Barracks reaches level 12.
"Clash of Clans" Baby Dragons are said to be available if and only if the Town Hall reaches level 9. It will take a total housing space of 10, while the elixir cost is 15,000.
